Question 1: The Cleaning Process ?

We clean your bins after your municipal collection day ( once your bins are empty ). This ensures a deep clean without any waste inside.

You’ll receive a notification the day before your scheduled cleaning.

Question 2: What if I have more than one bin?

You can add multiple bins. The cost is simply R100 per additional bin at your chosen frequency. To Add another bin you will need to contact us and we will help you set it up.

Question 3: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! As long as your bins are accessible (e.g., left outside and are accessable), we’ll take care of everything.) You will be sent a WhatsApp message with a photo once the wash has been completed.

Question 4: What happens if my bin isn’t emptied on day of wash?

We DO NOT EMPTY BINS or TAKE WASTE. We will contect you and propose a different day for cleaning.

Question 5: Are your cleaning products safe for pets?

Yes! We use biodegradable, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are safe for people, pets, and the planet.

Question 6: What happens if it rains?

Rain doesn’t stop us your bins still get cleaned! However, in extreme weather, we’ll reschedule for the next available day and notify you in advance.
